By accessing or using CloudSlash products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using CloudSlash on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

To use CloudSlash Cloud, you must register an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance via the status page. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruption.
You retain all ownership rights to your data, including infrastructure configurations, scan results, policies, and credentials. We do not claim any ownership or license over your data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
We process your data solely to provide CloudSlash Cloud services. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose unrelated to service delivery. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
CloudSlash Cloud offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
By publishing packages to the CloudSlash Registry, you represent that you have the right to distribute the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. Published packages must include a valid license.
Packages must not contain malware, backdoors, or malicious code. We reserve the right to remove packages that violate these standards or applicable law without prior notice.
We do not guarantee the perpetual availability of any package. Publishers may remove their packages at any time. We may remove packages that violate our policies.

Third-party trademarks (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker) are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
CloudSlash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You are solely responsible for verifying scan results and approving remediation actions. CloudSlash implements approval gates and snapshot-based rollback specifically to ensure human oversight of all infrastructure changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudSlash Contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or infrastructure, arising from your use of CloudSlash products.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudSlash Contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of CloudSlash products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your CloudSlash Cloud account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice when practicable.
Upon termination:
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
